HFD Financing
Prequalify online to explore financing options through HFD. Checking your eligibility does not affect your credit score, and available terms are determined by HFD.
Provider availability, eligible treatment, credit decisions, payment schedules, interest rates, fees, and promotional terms can change. Financing is subject to approval by the financing company. Contact our office if you would like help confirming which options are currently available for your treatment.
How the Financing Process Works
- Schedule an evaluation so your dentist can determine what care may be appropriate.
- Review the treatment estimate and expected insurance benefits with our team.
- Ask which financing providers are currently available for the proposed treatment.
- Review the provider’s disclosures, payment schedule, interest rate, fees, and total repayment amount.
- Apply directly with the financing provider if you decide the option fits your needs.
The financing provider determines eligibility and final terms. Huntley Smiles cannot guarantee approval or a particular monthly payment.
Treatment Estimates and Your Responsibility
The cost of dental care depends on the services recommended after an evaluation. Before treatment, we can provide an estimate based on the planned services and the insurance information available at that time.
An estimate is not a guarantee of the final cost or insurance payment. Changes in treatment, insurance processing, deductibles, annual maximums, noncovered services, or plan limitations may affect your remaining balance.
Using Dental Insurance With Financing
If you have dental insurance, our team can estimate how your benefits may apply before you choose a payment or financing option. Your insurance company makes the final coverage decision after processing the claim. Visit our dental insurance page for more information about accepted carriers and benefit estimates.
Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts
Huntley Smiles accepts Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account funds. Whether a particular expense qualifies depends on your account and applicable rules. Contact your plan administrator when you need confirmation about eligibility or documentation.
Choice One Dental Savings Plan
For patients without traditional dental insurance, Huntley Smiles also participates in the Choice One Dental Savings Plan. The annual membership includes specified preventive services and discounts on eligible treatment. It is not insurance or a financing agreement, and members remain responsible for charges not included or discounted under the plan.
Choosing a Payment Option
Review the complete cost of any financing agreement, including the payment schedule, interest rate, fees, promotional period, and consequences of a late or missed payment. Ask the financing provider to explain anything you do not understand before accepting an agreement.
